How will we work together?

I have a different approach – it’s not just coaching – I offer clients the option of using a small heart rate monitor to undertake a full lifestyle assessment; you will get objective data about your sleep, exercise, stress and recovery. This will enable you to make informed choices about areas of your life you want to improve which WILL help you live a healthier, healthier more productive life at work and home.

Some clients prefer a 6/8 week programme, others feel more comfortable with an extended programme over 6-12 month period which incudes accountability and regular check in and chat emails.

I offer face to face, walk and talk (subject to geography) and online sessions.
